Resumen: Whole Brain Radiotherapy (WBRT) has been the standard of care for multiple brain metastases, but due to its toxicity and lack of survival benefit, its use in the palliative setting has started to be questioned. New clinical algorithms regarding the correct use of WBRT are needed.
